· An auction is a contract to purchase and it is NOT an approval service.
All items are scanned at
high resolutions for the maximum benefit to the customer (coins are processed at 400 dpi
and at least four times the normal size ) . If you
· All items are
unconditionally guaranteed genuine.
· We are not
responsible for uninsured packages, so all items must be insured
· Coins are
graded by ANA standards. Grading is very subjectional,
so please look at the BIG SCANS and ask questions before bidding! We will accept returns if we fail or forget to mention problems with the coin or
product, if any. We want our customers to be happy, but you our customer must be
inquisitive about what you are bidding on. Email
us with questions before bidding. All other collectibles are graded by applicable industry
standards.
· Full 5 day
return privilege on ANY web store purchases for any reason.
We do not refund credit card processing fees, shipping costs, or any auction related fees.

No merchandise will be accepted for return without receiving prior
authorization from ZAXPAX.
· Any item
removed from it’s original holder/packaging will be considered SOLD. Any payment
received over 14 days late, will result in forfeiture of return privilege. $25.00 charge
for any returned check.
· Any item
purchased from ZAXPAX that is subsequently altered, modified, or damaged shall not be
returnable for ANY other reason. All claims for damages resulting from shipping are
through the shipper only, not ZAXPAX. This is provided that adequate insurance was
purchased by the customer. ZAXPAX assumes NO responsibility for the welfare of uninsured
packages. ZAXPAX shall serve as the final arbitrator in ascertaining alterations,
modifications, or damages to any items in question.
· All prices
are subject to change.
· ZAXPAX is not
responsible for typographical errors. This includes errors in item descriptions, as well
as errors in HTML code that might cause incorrect images to be displayed.

AUCTION PURCHASERS PLEASE ALSO NOTE:ZAXPAX may, at their option, DENY a
return privilege to internet auction purchasers who show a pattern of excessive returns,
or elect to return a piece for a reason other than inaccurate representation. An auction is a contract to purchase and it is NOT
an approval service. Auction merchandise not paid for within 2 weeks after the end
of an auction will result in forfeiture of return privilege.
· Finally..on coins. As stated above, coins are graded by ANA standards. I suggest you get a copy of the Official ANA Grading Standards for United States Coin. That way we are all on the same page. There are many notes in the book on softly struck coins , varieties , errors, etc. You should be able to tell by my scans what grade the coin is and make a determination how much you are willing to bid on that coin. Supply and Demand will take the coin to whatever price it realizes.
